Seauhu GEORGE SCHULKE Big and rugged, he is undoubtedly the toughest ball carrier and hardest tackler yet seen at Galva. George has been a hard driving fullback for the past three years. VAN SCHMIDT A clever ball handling quarterback who has been an important factor in Galva's T-Forma- tion attack. He will be remembered for his good passing and fine defensive work RONALD O'MEARA A speed merchant who has been a fixture in the Galva backfield. He has specialized in punt returns and sudden bursts through the line. HAROLD NELSON Harold is a big, fast lineman who blossomed out as a place kicker and punter this year. He has been a real bulwark in Galva's tough line. GERALD MOLLER A big man who will leave a big hole in the Blue Devil line. It took a good man or usually more than one to move him. ALLAN BIESEMEYER A converted center who did a fine job at end this season. Exceptionally fast, he was tough to get around on defense. VIRDENE OTTO Small of stature but mighty big in courage and spirit, Virdene was one of the top defen- sive men on the squad. All reven of there reniorr will be hard to replare when the 1955 grid rearorz rally around. FIRST ELEVEN Line: R. End, Allen Biesemeyer, R. Tackle, Craig Zabel, R.
