pvlunior Varsity RW BACK ROW: Coach McBride, Franklin Thomas, Amiel Parker, Alan Wade, Rich Shay, jon George, Scott Laflin, Henry Gordon MIDDLE ROW: Donald joel, james White, jim Kajiwara, Bob Seranto, Terry I-Iuie, Tom Valdespino, Art Cooper, FRONT ROW: George Ranjo, Larry Barnette, Willie Carter, Thysiah Ivy, Al Oliver, Cosmo Violante, Bill Pineda, and JITII Taylor Under the great coaching ability of Coaches McBride and McCaffrey our Junior Varsity team Won five out of their eight games , making two of them shut- outs. Their five-eight record was achieved by beating Poly, Sacred Heart, Balboa, Mission, and Lincoln, All players presented a Wonderful performance in the entire league play and there lies much potential within the team for future varsity victories. Soph- Frosh Coach McCaffrey and his Soph- ing display of football with their three-three Wins , which was achiev ed by emerging victorious over Poly, Balboa, and Washington, Their game with Lowell this year was cancelled because of rain.
