Gal rooters filled the stands to witness the first game of the football season as the Lions played host to Mission. The Lions were out passed, outnm and outblocked. The bright spot of the day was the' lone touchdown by john King, end, tossed by Laamy Ross, quarterback, on a 49 yard pass play in the fourth quarter.
