To the members of the class of June, 1932: At the last installation of Student Body oficers you heard this statement: 1 am only the second assistant yell leader, the lowest officer in the Stu- dent Body, but to me the duties of my office are just as important as if 1 were president. With this sentiment as a slogan. you were urged to consider your part in the Student Body as im- portant as if you were the president. To all ap- pearances you have met the request. As Seniors you have done your part as student leaders. It was this sentiment, the idea that everyone had a share in the school, that dominated Galileo in its irst' year. This idea made Galileo a pro- gressive school. All worlzed for all, all for the ideals and standards of San Franciscols newest school. In June, 1922, diplomas were awarded to three graduates, the Erst class. ln the class of June, 1932, there are 306. The standards and ideals of 1921-22 could not haue been main- tained unless all had done their part with the same enthusiasm that was inaugurated by Gali- leo's pioneers. The pioneers haue reason to be proud of their successors of 1932. Principal.
