There are 62 members in the Gale-Ettrick chapter of the Future Farmers of America. Oir president is Dan Deeren and our advisor is Donald P. Hendrickson. During the course of the year we carry out many projects and activities. Judging teams compete at the state level, both at River Falls and at the University of Wisconsin. Three major fairs arc attended: Trempealeau County Fair, Wisconsin State Fair, and Northwest Livestock Exposition. Several champions and many blue ribbons are won at each of these fairs. Several meetings and conventions are attended. WJDA members attend the WJDA Dairy Show, which was held last year at Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Our chapter officers at- tend the Green Lake Convention where FFA chapters from all over the state meet to plan the year's activities. Our officers also attend a Leadership Training program which we were proud to host this past year. Our chapter is responsible for the planting and mainte- nance of a school forest which is used as an outdoor lab for all the grades in the Gale-Ettrick district. BACK ROW: Advisor Mr. Hendrickson, A.
