CLASS CDF 1951 LaVern Adolphson, president Peter Kellaway, vice-president: Paul Benson, treasurer Marilyn Nelson, secretary A silver and gold tassel, a trailing gown, that final diploma, countless congratulations, smiling parents, and the class of 1951 will have finished their three momentous years at GHS. As they enroll in colleges all over these United States or take their place among fellow workers, they will look back at their high school days with a great deal of pride. Guided by their advisor, Mr. Howard Whitcomb, and the officers, President Lavern Adolphson, Peter Kellaway, Marilyn Nelson, and Paul Benson, their Senior Class has brought many victories and honors to our alma mater. The class of 1952 will have to work hard to surpass the standards they have set. Will they ever forget that first day, facing an enormous crowd in Senior alley ..... the first Budget article assigned to them ..... the thrill of playing in the first football game? To the senior these are famous firsts, and not soon forgotten. With diplomas in hand they are guided out into a turbulent world to try their hand at peace. 19
