The team defeated Melrose -Mindoro and LaCrosse Logan in dual meets and came in a close third in a quadrangular held at West Salem. A 14-school invitational, also at West Salem, showed what a high level the girls around the state have reached in this sport. Competition is held in four areas: floor exercise, balance beam, uneven parallel bars, and side horse vaulting.
