KEYNOTE IS L SERVICE Service is the keynote of the Library Club. Members promote reading and help fellow students use the variety of materials in our learning center. Members of the club also strive to stimulate interest in librarianship as a profession. A paper- back bookstore, staffed by the student librarians, is open daily. Each year the club sends a representative to the stunmer workshop at the University of Wisconsin, Madison campus. The group is affiliated with SLAW fStudent Librarian Association of Wisconsinj and also with the Western Wisconsin Student Librarian Association. On December 11, members attended the meeting of this group at Westby High School. During the school year student librarians held two pot-luck supper work sessions. In April, through the efforts of club members, National Library week was highly publicized in both school and community. ABOVE: LIBRARY CLUB OFFICERS: C. Hanson, R. Smith, K. Twesme, B.
