CAMELOT Queen Mory King Woyne Camelot , with all its magic,l was the theme of the 1971 Junior Prom. Knights and ladies of the court attending were Wayne Meunier, king, and Mary Ander- son, queen, Ed Pryztarski and Eileen Clark, Steve Scheller and Anita Bishop, Mike Stellflue and Lynita Docken, john Byom and Marcy johnson, Alan Paulson, and Connie Hanson and Chris Moulton and Reed Neiderkorn. A The mood of King Arthur'S time was carried out with a simulated castle, drawbridge and wall murals. The Industrial Arts Club was added this year at Gale- Ettrick-Trempealeau High School. The club is open to any student presently taking an industrial arts course. With its membership ntunbering between 70 and 80, the club has already engaged itself in many activities, such as open shop, field trips, roller skating and a basketball team. The club officers are Dean Remus, president, Paul I-Ialderson, vice-president, Mike Mlsna, secretary, and Todd Johnson, treasurer. The advisors for the club are Mr. Duellman and Mr. Prussing. A distinguished honor attained by the club was that of being an affiliate of the Wisconsin Industrial Education Association Inc. The award was presented to Mr. Duellman at the WIEA convention in November. SCIENCE CLUB R. Neiderkorn, E. Przytarski, E. Kopp, K. Kriesel, D. Harvey, B. Naer, J. Cantlon, J. Hogden, S. Scheller, F. Beseler, S. Kopp, I. Diamond. Science Club The science club, one of the newer clubs at G. E. T. , has participated in various activities. Working for scholarships was popular with the senior members. H A guest speaker from Viterbo College introduced the members to many scientific fields. Lectures and movies concerning water pollution in the area were open to the public. Field trips to various places such as the Trempealeau Wildlife Refuge highlighted the year.
