Our Adjustment Teacher is Miss Holly McKillen, who interviews prospective students of Gage Park High at Parent-Interview Days, and assists failing students. Mr. Paul Bohus is not only Civics teacher but also Program Director. He arranges both teachers' and stu- dents' programs, fits the classes into classrooms, and prepares gym programs for the boys. Office J4ClZ77li7lZ'.S'f7'fl1f07'.S' Mr. Thomas Benson is our Attendance Counselor. He is kept busy checking on absentees, truants, delinquents, cutters , etc. Mixed in with all this penance he gets an occasional bit of luxury-he is in charge of the Awards Assemblies. If you want a job after school hours or after gradua- tion, Miss Catherine Roche is our Placement Counselor. She also arranges for prospective graduates' college en- trance exams and forms, and scholarship exams.

Miss Frances Schaefer is our Assistant Principal. All of us at Gage Park High appreciate her understanding and industry. I She fulfills many duties, such as teacher-program adjustments, the administration of ollice tests, the interviewing of possible student failures, and the issuance of early dis- missals. At Gage Park we not only highly respect our efficient Assistant Principal, Miss Frances Schaefer , but we also know that we are very fortunate to have such a capable administrator in our school.

Miss Alice Scannell, pictured here with two of her helpers, is in charge of educational plan sheets. She supervises student sequences and programs girls for gym classes. Our three ofhce clerks, Mrs. Spruner, Miss Rolston, and Miss Tolbert are pictured here. They prepare bul- letins and letters, answer telephones, type division ab- sence lists, prepare transcripts, keep records and do many other activities. Miss Mary Powell is our School Registrar. She takes care of credits and transfers in and out of our school. Mr. john Sheridan is our School Treasurer and Busi- ness Manager. To his custody go student and teacher collections, tickets for activities, etc.
