Cooper ADJUSTMENT S T A F F Miss Schaefer Mr. Quinn Miss Rochfort There is never a dull moment in Room 124, the Adjustment Office, directed by Miss Schaefer, Mr. Quinn, and Miss Rochiort. Mr. Quinn's specific duty is to act as disciplinarian of the boys, While Miss Schaefer's special duty is that of placement counselor. Seniors rely upon her for assis- tance in finding positions. a Another important phase of the adjustment department is under the super- vision of Miss Rochfort. Not only does she set up individualized educational plans for students, but she also has charge of the National Youth Admin- istration. ,We all owe a vote of thanks to the Adjustment Staff for its aid to the student body.

FFICE Mrs. Voltz -wwf-J fin. ' ' ,r V. Miss Nielsen Miss Halloran Miss Mae Callahan, co-pilot at Gage Park, is indispensable to the administration, for her important job is to keep our school running smoothly. She must see that Gage Park functions properly in all respects. ln addition, she is greatly responsible for the social development of our students, for she plans the year's social calendar. Miss Harriet Smith holds a most respon- sible position as administrative aid at Gage Park. Very often two and one must add up to four in the difficult job ot planning future classes. However, in spite of in- numerable problems, Miss Smith remains calm and self- contained While advising and directing the programming.
