Prom ’85 On March 29, the Junior Class presented the Senior Class with a Junior-Senior Prom. The GHS cafaeteria was transformed into the “Purple Galaxy.” The room was filled with stars, streamers, and even purple rain. The “Purple Galaxy” was enjoyed by all who attended. Homecoming This year s homecoming was a special occasion for all who participated. Many students provided entertainment, while others observed the festivities. Teachers either served refreshments, participated in entertaining, or organized activities. Mrs. Sharon Clary was the chairperson for the Homecoming Committee. Thanks to the cooperation of all. Homecoming 1985 was a big success. Upper Right: Mrs. Sarratt, Mrs. Ross, Mrs. Gibbons. Mrs. I.ovelacc. Mrs. Johnson. Miss Redfearn, and Miss Montgomery sang a 1925 favorite. “Carolina in the Morning.
