Fun at Gaffney High Throughout the school year there are many activities that take place. Whether it be preparing for the junior- senior prom, giving support to the football team, or order- ing graduation invitations, each event gives the students a chance to have fun. Ring Ceremon - A GHS Tradition 13 This year, because of the EIA, the seniors were not able to have a ring ceremony during school hours, but with a lot of work from students and faculty, the Class of i85 had the ceremony at night. Because of the time it was held, many parents were able to come and witness this special moment of their child's life. A fall backdrop set the stage for each senior to receive his ring. At the end of the ceremony, the seniors formed a ring in the center of the floor to symbolize the never ending circle that they had just received, and the never-ending circle of friend- ship that they had developed over the years. 5Sxi..a6.aMA f-w---, Jamie Campbell and Cristy Mathis exchange rings.
