I z I By crust NAATUS The year is 1980, on the moon it is known as WPearl Year' for through the many years pearls have actually become extinct on earth and many, including me, have come to the moon to search for these costly pearls. As I began to dive into the water which is more or less a pot hole on the moon, I wonder why I ever took to diving. Maybe it was the excitement in doing it or -- no time to think of that now, for I see some pearls I must gather. Put-wait! What is this? It looks like a chest. I wonder what's in it? As I open the treasure chest I jump for joy because I found --- no not uranium or tungstun or even more pearls but something more precious than all others combined. I found a record of that never-forgotten Senior Class of l95L. As I page through the worn and warped book I read: WANDA SPILLOWAY, famous mountain climber, finds new ski-trail on top of Mount Everestt. The name of the trail? Why WSPILLOWAYW of course. Hmmmmmm- if I remember right it was Wanda who always liked to climb those many steps up to the class room, but hated to walk down because it took so much time. Gosh! What's this? VICTORIA SARKINEN, 195A graduate invents new quiz cap. Sarky, the name given to the cap will answer any questions asked when put on. So, Vicky did invent the cap she was always talk - ing about. I wonder if she did put a heating system in it so that you could wear it in North DBKOUB in the wintertime. Oh! I see VERNA ROESLER also became an inventor. She invented the WRosyW light bulb that never burns out. We always said Verna was bright! As I read on I find that NORBERT KINZLER joined the circus. He is billed as the tallest of the tallest in the whole universe. It says here that he drank some unknown liquid which made him spring up like a jet. Here's something! It doesn't seem possible! LAVERN SCHLITTENHARDT elected president of the largest reducing club in the United States. LaVern won with her original slogan-- WIf you eat heavy calorie foods in haste, They won't spoil and won't go to waste.W It seems as if many understood her as saying 'It won't spoil and won't go to your waist.W Well! It looks like Edris is on her way to fame. The book says that EDRIS DEWITT, mother of four children made her own baby crib which hums softly and rocks automatically. As I turn the page my eye falls upon the black print which reads: MELVIN AMMON, small town bottle blower, still holds the world's record for blowing the biggest bottle. The teachers always said he should bottle up some of his wind. I wonder if Melvin took them seriously. I see QUENTIN ZIMMEMWAN finally realized his ambition and became the head of the WZimmerman Poor Housen. Quentin always did seem to be broke all the time. Here's another graduate of l95b. GORDON GUMKE. It says here that Gordon revised Webster's dictionary. His reason? Direct quote from Gordon, 'The language was too mundane and garrulous in the book which was of ancient vintage. As I read on I find that JOAN Banner, writes a book which became her book WThe Family and The Farmw. What do you know! MARY ELLEN HALE marries a four star general. Mary is keeping herself busy by entertaining the 'high brassn. Mary did seem to have an interest in the Army all the time. Hmmmmmm Here it says that DONALD JERKE drew up a blue print for a new type of rubber car, toy that is. The WJerke Specia1', as the car is called is now on the market and selling like hot cakes. I see MARVEL SCHLENKER finally decided what to do. Marvel is the owner of a small candy shop in Alaska. I wonder why she picked A1aska??? Maybe she's coldblooded. HuH? I knew it! And the book says so right here, WVYDELL SUKO becomes Gackle's new Auctioneer.' VyDell auctions everything from antiques to tubs. I knew! I knew it for VyDell just loved to chat or ahh -- should I say chatter? Well! Well! To think Evelyn Meyer turned out to be It says here that Evelyn went out to Hawaii and found a oxygen is running low so I better get these pearls back, I in a fix. How can I carry both the scrap book and the I know I'll leave the pearls and take this book, because Though a pearl is worth a million dollars or more, They'll never top the Seniors of l95h. BENDER, once editor of the Gackle best seller in 1979. Joan named an explorer! -- OH! OH! My but Gosh! Am Pearls? Oh, after all --
