,ML C0l'l'le P. BOLUQI' . . . Mr. Bower is 50 years old, married with three children, Wayne - 29, Christine - 21, and Susan - 14. He has two grandchildren and has recently lived in Tupper Lake, N.Y. while serving as the Tupper Lake Superintendent of Schools. Undergraduate work was accomplished at New Paltz State University and Hobart William Smith School located in Geneva, N.Y. He holds a BE degree from New Paltz and a MA degree from New York University. Mr. Bower also completed Navy V-12 training, Midship- man's School at Northwestern University and served as an Ensign in the USNR for 3 years during World War II. He has taught Social Studies 7-9, has been an Elemen- tary Principal K-6, held the position of a Director of Elementary Education K-6, and filled the post of a District Supervising Principal in New York State as well as in New Jersey before assuming the role of Superinten- dent of Schools which he held in Tupper Lake before his arrival in Fulton.
