8:20 - good I still can catch over half the class.. .I'll just quietly step in the back door and slip into a seat... almost there, he isn't looking, he still hasn't looked. I'm almost into my seat... yes sir, no sir, it won't happen again sir.. .Jack, hey Jack, Jack... I knew I should have brushed my teeth this morning... hey, Jack! did I miss anything? a pop test! -1 wonder if that's good or bad... I wonder if it s too late to transfer into music appreciation?... it s only November... then again, the thought of Kate Smith singing Wagnerian operas on old 45's just doesn't excite me - should have listened to my argonaut and transferred... I wonder how he likes it at Clemson?... I've got to remember to buy a notebook for this class - is that the bell or my hangover? I always regret the morning after a Furman night at the Warehouse... actually, I have no reason to be hungover -1 worked off any alcohol in my system just trying to get to the dance floor ... Oh God! it can't be eight o ‘clock - it just can't be eight o'clock... maybe D-dorm is on fire and it just seems like the sun is shining through the window ... schools just shouldn't offer Drama II at eight o'clock in the morning - it's an elective course... I wonder if that means I can elect not to go? probably not.. .if I can just make it to the sink I'll be fine-I can choose today's fashion ensemble on the way... there's a pair of jeans just past the chair -1 hope they're mine... yes, yes, that's a shirt tail caught in the refrigerator door - I'll look at the calendar and see if I need to change socks... mirrors should be outlawed before noon... if people ask why I didn't shave III say I'm trying to grow a beard-again... hmmmm, I look a little pale. Why does it always seem to rain just as I start to go to lunch? ... it's my own fault, the Greenville Weather Service said it would be sunny all day - that should have been my first clue ... I've got to keep my hands dry - if I don't I know I'll electricute myself on that stupid machine ... that would be too ironic - to have survived these meals for so long only to die at the hands of their computerized contraption ... excuse me.
