A LOOK AT THE NEW BLANKET PARTY Then came Spring Camp ... up to the mountains . . . sleeping under three and four mattresses . . . cold feet . . . red noses . . . making plans for next year ... all leaders taking part.. . thrashing out problems to make things run more smoothly . . . spring fever overtaking us by the minute . . . administration officials stressing the importance of good leaders . . . trying to bring the campuses closer together ... changing rules . . . learning al out the new campus . . . “Should we start now to plan for these changes?” . . . that’s what spring camp is for ... leaders of today to leaders for tomorrow. . . . IFC PAUSES BEFORE COMPLETING PLANS FOR THE SPRING ALUMNI-SPONSORED FORMAI-S SPRING Flowers began to burst anew ... the bulbs near the infirmary tried to spell Furman . . . tennis courts saw plenty of action . . . love was just around the corner for many . . . baseball headed the sports calendar . . . blight for seniors was graduate record exam. POLITICIANS FIND OUT IF THEY REALLY ARE PUPPY LOVES . . . LOOSE POLITICIANS . . . BLOSSOMING FLOWERS . . . WANDERING THOUGHTS . . . GRADUATION Politicians broke loose to drum up a few votes for what they contended to Ik the “winning candidate” . . . the l ookstore was filled with campaign propaganda .. . new leaders for the coming year . . . grudges almost forgotten . . . and all striving to unite all for a better Furman next year.
