2 UtllUlU (L L ay el Whenever you think of Furman, a picture comes to your mind of the Bell Tower, or Old Main, of concerts at Fine Arts, of walking up the long walk to the Zoo, of quartets singing at the Block “F , or of bull sessions on the library steps. All of these memories and many more make up Furman. Yet, as common as these scenes are, we re apt to forget that the sudden growth has forced such temporary buildings as the library annex. North Hall and its freshman residents, the Zoo gym and West Hall—always too cold in winter and too hot in summer. There are many who will never forget Furmanville with its trailers and prefabs for the residents who lived, and worked, and played together with one objective in mind—to acquire and apply the daily lessons on the road of life. We could have featured many buildings of Furman. Still there are some we are apt to forget. With that thought in mind we set aside the library, both Mains, and the science building and choose instead the Furman Chapel, Woman's College Library, and Montague Hall. TWO SERMONS BVERY WEEK . . .
