City government plan applied to the school. The Fultonian, one of the best school papers in Toledo. Pledges signed by boys promising' not to throw snowballs. The Freshman Party, at which social event the eighth graders entertain the Scott Freshmen who formerly went to Fulton and who passed in all the Freshman B subjects. Forty-Six
