XX , ...Qrl 1 rl Q '35 ADMINISTRATION Julian Kaiser, Mrs, Dorthy Schmidt, Secretary, Harry Stewart, Frazier Baker, Pres dent SUPERINTENDENT W. Victor Hill became superintendent of Fulton Public Schools, August 25, l955. Before becoming superintendent he was principal ot Fulton High School. He was born near Dexter, Missouri and received his elementary and secondary education in Dexter. Mr. Hill holds a B.S. in education from Southeast State College and a mas- ter's from the University of Missouri. Ad- ditional graduate study has been done at George Peabody College, Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Hill saw military service in World War ll in France, Luxemburg, and Ger- many. We, the students at Fulton High School greatly appreciate the work he has done in our behalf.
