St. Clair took first place for the second consecutive year, while Jefferson City again placed second. The third award went to Owensville arid the Bland team received the sportsmanship trophy. The three referees, Jomes Brooksbank, Ralph Conner, and Cloy Cooper, of the University of Missouri, honored the following five by placing them on the All-Star team: Forrest Hamilton ond Ray Wayne, St. Clair; Roymond Sterner, Bland; Bob Madole, Eldon; and E.
