Basketball '44, '45, '46 F.F.A., '44, '45, '46 Gym '43 Words and Music '44 Aunt Tillie Goes to Town '44 Hot Chocolate '46 ELHES HIEIUHH The long awaited day in September, 1942, had rived. Fifty-eight boys and girls were enrolling Freshmen of Fulton High School. After a few neks of getting acquainted the class elected the lowing officers: Colleen Glazier, Presidentiliich- :l Troub, Vice President: Evelyn Cook, Secretary: rginia McWilliams, Treasurer: Mr. Lindeman, ass Advisor. Soon after we were initiated by our big brothers ,d sisters, the Sophomores, and had to entertain am by doing stunts, walking to Perrinton, and ier things to make us full fledged members of lton High School. Vacation passed all too quickly, and we again md ourselves back at Fulton as Sophomores with . enrollment of thirty-five members. From these embers we chose Wendell Somers, President: lda Johnson, Vice President: Iames Boots, Secre- ry: Richard Stoneman, Treasurer: and Mr. Linde- rn, Class Advisor. We were very active during this year. The tiation of the Freshmen was followed by a dinner ' them and the faculty in the Home Economics vom. We also had a couple skating parties and dance. But the most important event was our xss play entitled Aunt Tillie Goes To Town, a larious comedy in three acts. When school called we returned as Iuniors, it our class had increased to forty pupils. At our st class meeting we elected the following officers: Wendell Somers, President: Bonna Lee Troub. Vice President: Roberta Hoffer, Secretary: Evelyn, Cook. Treasurer: we again chose Mr. Lindeman, Class. Advisor. g After several weeks our class rings arrived. and we received them with much enthusiasm. We held an ice skating party, which-wfxs followed by a hot lunch at the home of Carolyn Lowrey, and sold magazine subscriptions to earn extra money. The class presented the Iunior and Senior Banquet fol- lowed by a dance, which was a great success. We left school with the expectation of coming back as Seniors. At last we began the final step of our high school education with an e rollment of thirty-seven members., After careful delgaeration we elected the following class officers: Wendell Somers, Presi- dent: Colleen Glazier, Vice President: Audrey Vaughn, Secretary: Richard Stoneman, Treasurer: Mrs. Wyatt, Class Advisor. Now that we have reached our goal as Seniors there are many things to be done. In October, our pictures were taken, our invitations selected, our class colors and class motto were chosen. A Christ- mas party at Mrs. Wyatt's home was enjoyed. We are now looking forward to the Iunior and Senior Prom. - We will leave Fulton with regret. For during these years we have worked and played together to reach our goal as graduates. M is ,,,,
