FOURTH ROW: Mrs. Schael, Mr. Cameron. The Student Council of Fulton has been functioning for several years striving to fulfill the three purposes - to assist in the administration of the school, to promote harmonious relationships between teachers and students, to help stimulate and develop a healthy school spirit. The Student Council this year conducted the election of cheerleaders, planned for class parties, initiated a program of decorating the cafeteria in keeping with monthly holidays, and sponsored the Spring Festival. Many problems and projects are considered and discussed in Council meetings and these deliberations help the class representatives in guiding the thinking of the classes. It is to be hoped that the Student Council will develop ever increasing importance as an organ- ization of Fulton. -9-
