U T .535 Foreword As we prepare to disembark from the frigate F.H.S., we reflect upon these past four years. We remember the great storms and long calms, the trials and the tribulations. The sailing has been rough at times, but the experience gained has made it worthwhile. We remember when we first boarded the ship, it took us quite a while to get our sea legsf' But, through the years, we have been guided by the friendly counsel and example of the captain and the crew. Now, as we leave, we are grateful to them for all their patience and assistance. We have learned many things on board which we shall need to know on longer and harder voyages in the future. Most of all, we have discov- ered, through all of our studies, the two traits we will need the most, friend- liness and cooperation. 3 ' f 0- I L r ' ' . g f , . . 1 I A h 1 ' ' . .. off-f.
