The experience gained from books is of the nature of learning; the experience gained from having a friend is of the nature of wisdom. And a small store of the latter is worth much more than any stock of the former. The man whom we honor with the publication of this book is a friend-- kind, sympathetic, understanding and genuine. We have had the good fortune to share his noble qualities during our high school careers, and surely we can find no one to whom we, the seniors, would rather dedicate our 1966 Fultonian than our sincere friend and principal, Mr. Leland A.
