To the legendary Indian the peace pipe denoted acceptance and friendship. So, too, the Fullerton Indians have followed in their ancestors ' footsteps and have become knovi n as a friendly tribe. This year has been indeed special in this respect. This was a year of challenges. This was a year that called upon the best in all of us. These challenges were met in the best Indian tradition. Our school has again taken its place among the top schools of the nation. Many scholarships and awards have been garnered by our students in many fields. Better citizenship has been one of the goals of our school, with the sincere hope that a better community, state and nation will be the result. Students have been given the finest opportunity to de- velop initiative and self-reliance which should in return provide for a successful and happy future.
