Principal of Full Gospel Bible Institute The PURPOSE of my being connected with Bible School is best described in Paul’s words to Timothy. “The things that thou hast heard . . . the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” I Timothy 2:2. The PLANS which I am following are found in the words of the Apostle in his letter to the church at Philippi, “holding forth the word of life” Philippians 2:16. My PLACE is this great harvest field is no greater than any other servant of Christ. My responsibility is to serve my genera¬ tion by the will of God, so that the generation to come, might know the Lord. I have a place here at Bible school so that by all means I might save some. CD

?«, QL S. WcjCean President of Full Gospel Bible Institute. To have a part in Bible School is both a privilege and a great responsibility. I do feel that one of the most effective things I can do to meet the great need and challenge of my day and generation is to have a part in helping to prepare young 1 men and women as soul winners, workers, leaders, ministers, and missionaries for the work of the Lord. However, we of F.G.B.I. are very conscious that we cannot do this work alone. We need the prayers, help, and co¬ operation of God’s people to accomplish the plan and purpose He has for each detail of the work of Bible school. THE GREATEST USE OF LIFE IS TO SPEND IT FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL OUTLA ST IT.

IS, Instruction is within the economy of the Church of Jesus Christ. God Himself is implored by man “Teach me to do Thy will, O God” Psalm 143:10. Jesus Christ’s ministry is rife with illustration of a teaching ministry; while of the Holy Spirit, it is recorded “He will guide you into all truth” John 16:13. It is not strange then, that when Christ ascended into heaven, He gave among other gifts to His Church, Teachers. Teachers have been divinely appointed by God to transmit His truth from generation to generation. Adam and Eve taught Cain and Abel; Ezra taught the people so that they understood the will of God; and Paul and the Apostles taught in synagogues, houses and open air cathedrals. Realizing God’s command “Thou shalt teach” Deuter¬ onomy 6:7, recognizing there is a greater condemnation for unfaithfulness in this order, and confessing untold blessing to teachers who commit to faithful men the truth of the Gospel, so we strive. Miss Pearl L. Krogel ? T 4 BUT WHAT HE THINKS: HE IS. Eston, Saskatchewan. The command of Jesus to spread the Gospel to all nations is a challenge to every believer, thus every MINISTRY and METHOD should be used. It was while I was engaged in Pastoral work that I realized the MINISTRY of teaching could be a METHOD of Evangelization. Paul who had a ministry of teaching instructed Timothy to commit that which he had learned to faithful men, who could teach others also, thus this method would fulfill ' the MOTIVE in Paul’s life. His MOTIVE is, as ours should be, “to be all things to all men that by all means I may save some” I Corinthians 9:22. Thus whether I minister at F.G.B.I., Bible Camps, or pastoring a Church in the summer months my Motive is to use this Ministry and Method to win others to Christ. Rev. Robert T. Wilson Eston, Saskatchewan. A MAN IS NOT WHAT HE THINKS HE Rev. Albert D. Marshall Eston, Saskatchewan. Typing is an asset to every Christian whether he is a pastor, worker, or lay person. It helps him to keep neat, legible notes and articles to which reference can be made at a later date. It also helps to show h.s best in all official correspondence. At F.G.B.I. it is our aim that in all things we might better equip Christians to serve the Lord. I am indeed thankful for the privilege to be able to have a part in training students to be effective, efficient witnesses of Christ. It is also a privilege to be of service to the Lord through my wcrk as secretary and registrar. I want to do MY best fcr Jesus.
