Mx. Mr, 7,:mLs Advh Mr. lulrscn Smiars 67 In 1964 the first act of a new play, Graduation '67h' was performed at Fruitland High. Sixtyvninc members made up the cast. Directors were Mn Stuart and Mn Townsend. Lorn Gordon headed the list of leading characters as president, followed by Kathleen Johanek. viceepresidem, Kristy Wrenn, secretary, and Mike Sasaki and Sue Peterson, representatives. Highlight of Act I was a trip to Nampa for a Class picnic. Act II began September, 1965, Now Directors Mr. Corning and Mr. Tesnohlidek took over. Jay Gillies held the center Of attention as president, coached by Victor Vuzza, viceApresident, Teresa Taylor, secretary, Mike Sasaki and Kathleen Johanek, representatives, and Ann Ycakley, reporter. Poster parties and a trip to Givens summed up its story. Act In began to take on a new depth; all the cast wore upperclassmen. Lowell Grant managed to secure the high spot as president Victor Vazza, vice-presidcnt, Lela Fry, secretary, Laura Holt and Derrill Rolland, representatives, and Kathleen Johanck, reporter, held the main supporting roles. Jobs of directing were shifted to Mrs. Cl'ummett and Mr. Steger. The Web of Murder was performed and 1n the Misty Moonlight was the theme for the junior-scru'or prom Act IV was the finale. Mike Sasaki stole the show as president. His Supporting cast was Victor Vazza, vice-president, Sue Peterson, secretary, and Danny Vanderpool and Donna Judy, repre- sentatives, Here Come the Brides was the class play, and the Sweetheart's Ball was the final tribute . On June 2, 1967, after a smashing four year performance, FHS's Class of '67 brought down the curtain.
