Consisring of +he sfuden+ body officers and presiden+s of +he respec+ive classes, +he Council direcfed +he acfivi+ies of fhe school year, handled +l1e s+uden'r body finances, and decided on fhe narional assemblies. School problems were also under fheir iurisdicfion, and fhey proved fhemselves able fo govern fairly and efficienrly.
