Miss Creedon-jr. High Principal Long ago Cicero asked, What greater or better gift can we offer the re- public than to teach and instruct our youth? Frontier Central with its variety of opportunities of- fered to students, and its outstanding appointments surely affords a way for each student to develop his talents and to take his place in our treasured demo- cracy. Mr. Morgenfeld-Sr. High Principal May we have the courage and vision to set be- fore ourselves the kind of school we want Frontier Central to be, and the strength to reach these aims. PRINCIPALS AND GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT A Guidance Counselor encourages students: To in- vestigate all cateers, carefullyg To choose high school courses wiselyg To prepare daily work thoroughlyg To insure themselves of a successful future. Miss Titus - Guidance Education is either your most durable or your most perishable resource. A day wasted can never be regained, but a day well spent will forever pay dividends in increased earnings and personal useful- ness. Mr. Mandel, Guidance Director . i l 8

0-Principal In the future at Frontier, we can foresee our Auditorium stage accommodating a Shakespearean Drama or a rousing Modern Comedy, a fine Band and Orchestra. I see our Prac- tical Arts Department expanding and growing stronger year by year. Our Athletic program will come into its own and many more activities will be organized. At this point, you may say, what about the academic subjects? Aren't they going to be taught any more? You can be certain they will not be discarded and the range of subjects available will be far greater than they are today. All that will be necessary to enjoy these activities and subjects, will be an open mind and a willingness to learn to master them. Frontier will grow strong and sturdy and make her stu- dents outstanding citizens of the community in which they live. Maw-'ft W 1 . ,aawfwfw-'4 'W Mr. C, Buesch - Co-Principal Imtmction Mr. Heiman - C0-Principal Adminirtmzion American ingenuity has been able to take our natural resources and step by step produce efficient, untiring indus- trial giants who are always willing and ready to serve man- kind. In the same manner AMERICAN EDUCATION is producing this ingenuity. American youth, the greatest of our school resources, is being taken step by step through our educational institutions and is thus being prepared to better serve itself by more fully realizing its responsibility to its fellowmen. Only through a FREE, UNITED, EDUCATED citizentry, can this be accomplished. It is the American Way, the way that makes men, who have made, and who will continue to make, Our United States the greatest Nation on earth. 7

Mr. Dunklin - Tmmportation Each student should so budget the school day that there will be a proper balance between class- room study, school activities' and recreation. Each is important but, when pursued at the expense of the others, can result in disappointments. Francis J. Manley-Co-ordimzlor of Imzructzmz The value of a commodity is measured in direct proportion to the amount of man hours used in bringing the commodity to a complete and useful product. Education can be measured by the same yard- stick. TRANSPORTATION - ELEMENTARY EDUCATION, CHILD ACCOUNTING ADULT WHATEVER IS WORTH DOING AT AL1. IS WORTH DOING WELL! This quotation was written ,on our Fourth Grade blackboard by a wise teacher. School and blackboard, even the teacher are gone, but the lesson lingers on. Miss Pray - Child Afmmztmzz AND EDUCATION Our total educational program at Frontier in- cludes experiences for adults as well as boys and girls. ' The wealth of facilities offered by a great vari- ety of specially designed rooms with appropriate equipment make it possible to offer the adults of our community many worthwhile experiences lead- ing toward educational advancement.
