VERNON W. HEIMAN Co-Principal of Administration Mr. Vernon Heiman is Co-Principal for administration in the Frontier Central School system. Mr. Heiman's experience has been var- ied. He taught one year in a district school then he spent four years in Almond where he was Social Studies teacher as well as vice-principal. From Almond he went to Scio in the capacity of principal. He left Scio in 1936 to become principal of Woodlawn High School. The registration then was 408. Today the registration in Woodlawn is 658. Registration in Frontier Central is 2890. Mr. Heiman is a graduate of Alfred University. He has done graduate work at Columbia University and at the Univer- sity of Buffalo. CHARLES G. BUESCH Co-Principal of Instruction Mr. Charles G. Buesch is Co-Principal, with Mr. Heiman of the entire Frontier Central School system. Before coming to Blasdell as Supervis- ing Principal in 1934, he was Science In- structor at Hamburg High School. At that time there were 601 students and 23 teachers in Blasdell High, grades one through twelve. Mr. Buesch is a graduate of North Cent- ral College in Naperville, Illinois and completed graduate work at the University of Buffalo. He is a member of Phi Delta Kappa. 7
