Our noble class president of '54 Was also president the year before, He's Jimmie Westberg, our valedictorian, He led the grand march with our salutatorian. As a pharmacist he should be handy Now, don't you think we could call him a Jim dandy? Our football player who's got the stuff Is Farrell Wulf and he treats 'ern rough. First we worked for our credits And then we had our play We have tried to do the right things In each a.nd every way. We have had our two class plays Some have taken part in band. 0603 Naoma Buckendahl, our Minnesota gal, ls always well liked and a real swell pal, In her thoughts, Fritz Wulf heads the list, In playing the piano a note is never missed: On the typewriter she can hardly be beat: And on the marimba she's tops and all reatl A girl named Adeline is the tallest senior, Her baritone and school work make her more superior She 's happy-go-lucky and full of vitalityg This is a girl with a great personality. She's the last of the Hekkel's with a great future planned As dental assistant a man she may land. We have a gal who is so true, She 's five foot two and her eyes are blue: Leona Luebke is this lass, She's salutatorian of her class, Her fingers fly on her clarinet, This is a gal we'1l never forget. The one in our clam who raises chickens Is also the one who likes raising the dickensp Lloyd Mogen dressed in western styles Greets you with cheery grins and friendly smilesp Last year he was an F.F.A. state delegate We'll always remember this willing classmate. Extemporaneous speaking and declamations Are Judy's favorite avocations, Last fall she took a trip back East And was glad to be home to say the leastg Her last name is Reiter and, by the way, Inteaching and journalism she'll be plenty okay. Romain Ryder, our basketball star, Has invested dad's money in a new Plymouth car 'Little Beaver, so they say, is famous for his crew cut He looks like Jerry Lewis and can also act like a nur Please don't take us wrong, Romain, we know you are a farmer And with all your funny winning ways you really are a charmer Our country gentleman with curly red hair ls Oliver Urdahl with whom none can compareg He's bashful, he's quiet, and kind hearted, too, He's tops in all sports and well-known to you.
