Ge is . During the second semester the Sophomores and eg their sponsor invited the Freshman and Mrs. Burnett 4 to a Valentine party at the school building. The b Q5 Sophomores proved to be royal entertainers. In March our class invited the Sophomores and Q5 Miss Grange to a party. We met at the school build- ing and had a lunch. Afterwards we enjoyed a hayride b ? to Vincennes and Monroe City. 49 1 Often the Freshman class is not given much credit sxifib GF for school activities. During the contest for sub- Q, N scriptions for the Year Book our class really proved 'Q that some of the members get what they go after. X I 'A In the final check-upwe found that not only had our , 2, Q3 class won first place, but Carolyn Martindale had ' Q- won first place for individual sales, She sold nine- Q, 4 teen subscriptions, and the class had a total of P G thirty-three subscriptions. gg CAROLYN mawmnm eb X Carolyn Martindale , who is 'V a member of the Freshmen Class, h T' had acquired quite a good deal ' 4, of fame as the best 'Salesman of N' 6, the year.
