ADMINISTRATION Familiar faces that are known to the student Body are those of Dr. Dorothy Craven., Mr. Merle Bender, and Mr. Wayne Warner. As Dean, Dr. Dorothy Craven is primarily responsible for those duties relating to edu- cational activities. Mr. Merle Bender, Direc- tor of Public Relations and Development, serves this vital position with tireless ener- gy and enthusiasm. The Friends University Board of Directors has had a busy year. Without their progressive efforts, our year would have been much less successful. Under their auspices,the construc- tion of our new Fine Arts Center is nearing completion. Due to their untiring efforts, we have a new, energetic president, Dr. Roy Ray. The Board is made up of representatives from each Quarterly Meeting of the Kansas Yearly Meeting ot Friends plus several members at large.
