The quality of a college is rated by the outside world ac- cording to the quality of the grad- uates that it produces. The qual- ity ofthe graduates is determined by the faculty which imparts its knowledge to the students. Thus the apparent quality as well as the actual quality of a college is determined by the quality ofthe faculty. The Friends University faculty has proved itself over the years to be ofthe best quality. It is one which the entire school may be proud of.
