7 7 M21 W.. ffff y , I ALICE NEWMAN' A. B. CEarlhamJ Instructor in Latin and English Miss Newman left us at the end of the first semester on account of ill-health and it was with deep and genuine regret that We saw her leave. Perhaps no teacher has created for herself a warmer spot in the hearts of her students than Miss Newman. Her unfailing good cheer and spirit of thorough en- joyment of her work, and above all, her ever ready and enthu- siastic willingness to help when asked, these We will always re- member in connection with her Work at F.
