Few things can disturb the calm, serene tran- quility of her existence and we surmise that is the secret of her popularity. As a teacher, she conceals the mechanics of teaching be- neath an exterior of interest producing methods. No one knows just how she does it but the fact remains, she does it and the temptation to cut class is eliminated to the smallest degree possible. Her loyalty to F. Athletics hold him with a firm grip and it is rumored that he spends much of his time with his Flanders Twenty. His long suit is history and that may have some connection with his fondness for dates. He is always to be relied upon as a loyal supporter of everything that makes for the progress of F. U., Whether it be May Day celebrations, foot- ball demonstrations or soliciting for students. He has offered various prizes for consistent playing on athletic teams but We make a conservative statement in saying that the prize for consistent, persistent, enthusiastic boosting certainly goes to Professor Young.
