ELE Tribute To Teacher Helen lVIacDonald, a true friend and a wonderful teacher, we pay tribute. Not only has Teacher Helen been our Latin, ancient history and homeroom teacher, but also she has been a friend to whom We could turn for expert advice. Because of her pe1'sonal experience in the Middle East and her deep interest in the ancient classics, her classes have offered a real education. For all she has given us which will remain a part of us through life, the Class of 1957 gratefully pays tribute to Teacher Helen lVlacDonald. Tribute Teacher lVlargaret Sheets is not only an ex- ceptional teacher, but also an outstanding per- son. VVith her quiet manner she has taught us to appreciate our language and its literature. She has developed in us a sense of responsibility which will stay with us forever and which has given us a foundation for college and for life. In our association with him these past six years we have found in him an understanding friend, a mediator in our disagreements and an adviser to help us solve the many problems which have arisen during the years. As Asisstant Headmaster he has done much to improve the school morally, physically and scholastically. For his sense of humor and his helping hand in tight spots and for the vast amounts of knowledge he has given us, the Class of 1957 respectfully dedicates this record book to Master Alex MacColl.
