Looking back, in retrospect, we can see that the Boys' Athletic Association has sponsored numerous, successful, social and athletic events, The Sports Dance in the fall opened Select's social season with the proverbial bang . Thanks to the Boys' A,A, and the Girls' A.A., agood time was enjoyed by all. The intramural basketball games were thrill- ing. The teams were evenly matchedg whether the winner was the Hawks , the Orioles or the Warriors , good sportmanship was the key- note in each contest. The two most important events of the year were the Sports Banquet and the Father-Son Banquet. The organization, capably guided by John Wieland and his staff, was more active than ever, and the future promises an even finer and stronger Boys' Athletic Association. JU IOR ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE By means of interesting assembly programs, the Junior Assembly Committee, under the guidance of Teacher Margaret, has managed to keep us informed on such local happenings as Book Week and Pennsylvania Week. Because of these presentations, it is evident that the Junior High is as well informed on current happenings as they are talented in dramatic interests.
