CAM ,lijz1af9 GMES, My name is Linda Gross: my job: Private Investigator: my assignment ---- find school mates and invite them to a class reunion. No one has seen them for ten years but I'll find them! Time: 7:00 a. m.: Place: California: Date: June 13, 1969. My assistant, Jack Saturday, and I have a list of names ---- Our job: find them. The first one on the list is Bob Starr. If I remember, Bob was always working around old cars, so I'll try the car line to find him. -------- After a few hours of investigating, we found that Bob was out at the Fifty Mile Los Angeles Race Track, so we headed out to talk to him. Upon our arrival we asked a manager where we could find Bob: he pointed to a red and yellow streak going down the track. Sure enough, it was Bob driving his new race car. The car was going approximate- 1Y 533.333 miles per hour. We told the man what we wanted and he said he'd tell Bob about the reunion. On the way back to the office I bought a newspaper. What do you know! There on the front page of the paper was a picture of Jeanne Reynolds! She had just gotten back from a trip around the world. Time: 12:30 p. m.: Place---Phone Booth: Purpose---Call Jeanne. After telling Jeanne about the reunion I asked her if she knew where any of our classmates were and what they were doing. She told me Johnny Burton had a small ranch at San Fernando Valley. I thanked her and headed for San Fernando Valley in my WT-Birdn. After finding Johnny we found out that he OWNED ALL OF San Fernando Valley and said we could have the class reunion there. I told him about JoAnn Rouleau hiring me to find her classmates and inviting them to the class reunion on her planet. JoAnn was Queen of Mars and had the biggest Air Coast Guard Force in the Whole Universe. Time: 10:00 p. m.: Place--some hotel: Interest at hand --sleep. Before going up to my room I heard a loud laugh and turned around to find Bucky Woods and five young ladies standing in the lobby of the hotel. I walked over and asked him if he remembered me and after lighting his 310 cigar with a 8100 bill he said, 'Ya, and what may I do for you?' I told him about the reunion and after a few good-byes to the young ladies, I left and went to my room. All I learned from Bucky was that his rich Aunt had left him a few MILLION DOLLARS.
