Pictured above are Dr. Paul Sheehan, Ed Piston, John W. Wright, Marion E. Bigelow, Dr. V. Calvon McKim, Alice Bell, and Arthur Safstrom. The Board of Public Relations acts as an advisory group to the director of public information, Dr. Paul Sheehan, and to the director of public rela- tions of the college association, Ed Piston. The group are the originators of the informative paper, The Faculty Weekly Bulletin. They have also originated the publication of five bulletins throughout the year which provide information on the college. Some of the bulletins are the Summer School Bulletin, the Scholarship Bulletin, and the General Bulletin. All publicity for Playhouse performances, music performances, and athletic events, as well as for other activities sponsored by the association, is handled through the office of Ed Piston, director of ublic relations. As tinancial secretary of the Fresno State College Association, Adele Hume serves as bookkeeper for the association and handles other duties connected with the work ot the financial secretary. Mrs. Peggy Kious is secretary to the gen- eral manager of the Fresno State College Association, Arthur Safstrom. As alumni membership secretary of the Fresno State College Alumni Associa- tion, Mrs. Marjorie Zelhart takes care ot the correspondence and routine secre- tarial duties of the alumni association. Mrs. Dorothy Boles is assistantto Mrs. Zelhart.
