The purpose of the club is to interest and stimulate the student to his fullest capacity. This year the members of C.S.F. attended the re- gional conference at the Roosevelt Auditorium and the annual conference held in Livermore. Purple and Gold is an honorary organization which is composed of ten senior boys and ten senior girls. These students have led a high school career which was filled with leadership, participation in school activities, and a high school record of scholastic gains. The duties ot the members are to decorate the school Christmas tree, pol- ish trophies, and maintain the weekly bulletin in the main foyer. They also sponsor a dinner for the Fresno High School administration.
