grnie pafamino An Edison High School graduate, class of 1953, Ernie is an art maior. He has taken all ofthe art courses offered at FCC and had some of his painting displayed at the Fresno County Fair. His book, In Black and White, was published in 1956 by The Academy library Guild and explains the evolution of an artist. He is also interested in classical music and progressive iazz. She came to the United States one and a half years ago to study music at FCC, but after a time here changed her maior to business. A sophomore, she plans to continue her education at Fresno State. lgufk .!JaLodian Ruth is a native of Stuttgart, the capital of the State of Wuerttemberg, Western Germany. She attended high school and two years of business college in Germany, before coming to the United State in 1950 with her husband and two sons. During her spare time besides studying and doing housework, she may be found on panels, speaking on Germany. Presently, she is maioring in English and plans to continue her studies at Fresno State College.

Most of her time is spent working at Saint Agnes Hospital or studying but she likes to go swimming and listen to music. She was AMS Sweetheart last year, and was voted Miss Congeniality in the l958 Miss Fresno County contest. Her future plans are to transfer to State and later to teach kindergarden. ,Qi-ilcAarzJ Bill graduated from Sanger High in l957. A soph- omore, he is maioring in criminology. 'vs 5 . A petite, well-liked gal on campus is Joan Daniels. A former candidate for Homecoming Queen, she is a sports enthusiast and likes all types of sports with tennis, swimming, and water skiing being tops. She is a 1957 graduate of Madera High Schooland is majoring in elementary education. She plans to matriculate at Fresno State College next year.
