LOOK OUT At the beginning of the school year, the choir members began having grand visions of a tour to Edmonton. visiting the mall, and many small schools in the area. Fundraisers were started, chore- ography was written, and shopping sprees were planned. As the year wore on. reservations were made, schools were called, and many people joined choir at semester. Finally, the dates were set. every minute was carefully planned, and the equip- ment was packed. At 5:30 A M., on March 27, the buses were just about ready to pull out. Later into the day. at the Canadian border, the decision, whether or not to continue, a severe win- ter storm was dampening everyone’s spirits. When the buses reached Leth- bridge. a hotel was found, rooms ar- ranged for, and parents were called and reassured, while Mr. Johnston called trying to arrange shows. Although Edmonton was never reached, the tour was a success. People arc already talking about a trip to Ed- monton next year, not just for four days, but for an entire week. GOOD LUCK!! 30 Choir
