Activities Don't Forget about that meeting tonight! you hear someone yell. Yeah, l'll be there! ls the reply. This is heard almost everyday at F. H. S. The students and faculty have worked and planned together in trying to interest more and more people in joining our various clubs and activities. That these organizations are being accepted is proved by the large number of students entering them. The extra-curricular activities help the students to become better acquainted with one another, to develop our own opinions, learn to understand our class- mates, to make lasting friendships, and also to learn to respect other people. Through fun and hard work these club programs will broaden our lives and better prepare us for the future as they keep us, F.H.S. on the go!

National Honor Society The importance of scholarship, cit- izenship, leadership, and character should not be overlooked. The students who live up to these rigid standards are eligible for the highest honor which they can receive in high school. This organization is the National Honor Society. The students must attain a B average and be at least a iunior. They must also fill the requirements of good conduct, fine character, and leadership ability shown by their partici- pation in extra-curricular activities. Eighteen members were inducted this year, which proves that the success of the organization is shown by the people in it. TOP ROW LEFT TO RIGHT R N Patterson A S1de1 R Ehrhart R Wells, D. Kaufman, B.
