Many community leaders participate in the annual Gov- ernment Day, which helps Ne- waygo County students learn more about government work at various levels. Here we see Dr. Paul Emerich, second from left, and Frank Walker of the Gerber Products Co., third from left, serving as resource people for the group discussion on education. The l.0.0.F. sponsors an or- ation contest each year which offers the winner from Neway- go County schools a two week visit to the United Nations and other places of interest. Ilona Skalder, last year's winner from Fremont High School, is shown here receiving the congratula- tions of Mr. Robert Fenner, l.0.0.F. member. az fellas 4 The Moose Lodge presented our school with a whirlpool bath. Marlyn Shell is using it with Mr. Piggott and Harold Hawes looking on. The lodge also furnished first aid men and equipment at all of our football games.
