Art Club frontrunners for club across state The Fremont High Art Club became the frontrunners for many of the art clubs across the state. One reason why they had such success was the club rules keeping the group together. Another reason is because they sought to make others happy. For instance, decorating the annex and giving holiday tokens to the elderly who lived there was a major Christmas activity. The young art student can benefit greatly from other young artists in a cooperative effort and similar goals which is afforded them by an art club, explained Mr. Mike Reis, art teacher and co-sponsor along with Miss Nell McPher- son. 1 Art Club president Shawn Farley touches up a pain- ting.
