French Club s lls food to hungry student bod was-.,E. 6 L. French Club members seem to be enjoying themselves at a wienie roast with a family from France. The wienie roast was the first activity of the year for the growing organization. At the beginning of the school year French Club had a wienie roast with a family who had just moved to the United States from France. They next had a par- ty where everybody brought some homemade French pastry. Senior Jodie Lenser expressed everybody's feelings about it when she said, Everything l sampled was delicious-and I sampled everything! French Club was busy during October working on a French tiger for the Homecoming display that was a joint ef- fort of the three language clubs. The clubs also got together for a joint Christ- mas party. A main project of French Club was ear- ning money by bake sales so that a trip to a French cafe in Omaha could become a reality. In the spring the club organized a banquet at which French food was serv- ed. Q M 3 Front row: Vice-pres. L. Knoell, Sec. A. Rabe, Treas. G. Soukup, Pres. C. Johnson. Second row: B. Cunningham, C.
