Preparation, Decorations Highlight Homecoming Week Homecoming Week saw a tremendous effort on the part of the Fremd student body. Preparations for floats and showcase decorations kept clubs and classes busy right up to the Friday deadline. The spirited Pep Assembly held Friday morning was a tremendous boost to Viking Spirit 1976. l I rl-lf?fl Flag Corps takes first place honors in showcase decorations. This balloon man added color to the Homecoming Assembly. I 3 ill Pom Pon Squad members prepare their entry in window decs. The Senior Class float had many willing workers.

Fantasy Comes Alive For l3remd's 1976 Parade With the cooperation of the local weatherman, October lst provided a colorful setting for the pageantry of the annual Homecoming parade. Seniors took top honors, with the second place award going to the junior Class float. Queen Ellen Marsik and her court, Senior Cindy Ward, Junior Katy McGrath, Sophomore Cindy Dennis and Fresh- man Tracy Martin, proudly led off the parade and were followed by the float entries and cars of many Fremd stu- dents. H.. C 2-1221.-Q-si-m-...e -,nv Three Rose Arbor members participate in the parade. The joint effort of the Music Clubs was rewarded with a third place prize.
