This comedy-farce starred Larry Garf as the satirical Sheridan Whiteside, Gussie Ogden as his dedicated secretary, Peter Sosnow as the bumbling reporter and Nancy Schade as a jet-set golddigger. Under the direction of Ava Barber and Detrius Zellner and the support of Roger Nevard's stage crew, the show was performed the third weekend in November. ‘THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER’ KEY CLUB KEY CLUB SENIORS (Top) B. The results were quite satisfying in light of the fact that there had been no returning singles players. The experience gained by the six underclassmen should prove invaluable next year. They were undefeated in all dual meets, as the record above indicates. Coach Bessel's squad, which included great runners like Fred Flaherty, Tony Galbicka, and Morgan and Dennis Sheahan was a dedicated, hardworking crew, and these fine champions truly earned the school's praise. Freeport football in 1968 was a qualified success. In a year of rebuilding, the Devils equaled last year’s 4-4 record. It was a year of vicissitudes: upset wins over Hempstead and Hewlett—disappointing losses to Long Beach and Baldwin. All but six players return next year. Youth and inexperience will become experience and maturity. The future looks bright. C. Slay, D. Dayc, R. Renken, Coach Kaufman, Coach Finley, Head Coach J. Davis, D. Daye, R. Rcnken, N.
